Are you proud to be a Hillian?
Hillian, noun Hil·i·an [ hil-ee-uhn ]
Resident of the Darling Scarp and hinterland east of the scarp in Perth. Renowned for their community-mindedness, fascination with chainsaws and devil-may-care attitude towards the wearing of Ugg boots in public.
If you’re proud to be a Hillian, you’re not alone.
Over the last few years, we Hillians have faced more than our fair share of upheavels from the Wooroloo bushfires of 2021 to The Big Storm of 2024. Every new drama has made it increasingly obvious just how community-minded we Hillians are, stepping up to lend a hand to friends and strangers alike when the opportunity presents itself, without a second thought or a backward glance.
That’s not just unusual these days, it’s pretty amazing and we think it’s time to celebrate what an awesome bunch we Hillans really are.
This rad bumper sticker has been created (for a bit of fun) to help us express our pride at being Hillians and to help us spot other Hillians when we’re out and about.
The circular stickers are designed by me, printed locally in Midland, measure 100mm x 100mm in size and are made from something called Polymeric UV laminate, which is a finish designed to be good for 5 years on the back window of your ute. Stickers are priced to cover costs, not make a profit.
Feel free to share a picture of your bumper sticker in the Mundaring Hills Community Group.

We Hillians might be a strange bunch in some ways but there’s no denying that in general, we’re good eggs.
Wear your Hillian badge with pride because together we’re better.
